UCAT tutoring

Find the marks you are losing, then go and get them.

The UCAT rewards preparation that is specific. We work out which section is actually costing you, and build the sessions around that — taught by people who sat it recently and did well.

one section at a time

Who teaches it

Taught by two of the highest scorers you will meet.

Scores are quoted under the scoring system in use when they were sat, with the current-system equivalent alongside.

2940

Zain

UCAT 2940 Band 1 — equivalent to 2210 under the current scoring. A medicine student who has progressed through medical school and now mentors applicants through the same route.

3040

Faisal

UCAT 3040 including a perfect 900 in Quantitative Reasoning — equivalent to 2280 under the current scoring. Sat the UCAT twice. His first attempt was unsuccessful — which is exactly why he is good at teaching the second one.

How we teach it

Diagnosis first. Always.

01

Diagnose before teaching

We look at your section scores and your timing before anyone plans a session. Most students already know they are struggling; far fewer know exactly where.

02

Weakest section first

Sessions are built around the section costing you the most marks, not around a fixed syllabus that starts at Verbal Reasoning because it comes first.

03

Matched by hand

Tutors are matched to students by a person, on the basis of the section you need and how you like to work. One-to-one or small group.

Tell us which section is hurting.

Send your section scores, or just say you have not sat it yet. We will tell you honestly whether tutoring is what you need.
