Last updated: not yet published — draft. MedNexus helps UK students with medicine applications, including personal-statement review, UCAT tutoring, interview support and general application guidance. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you contact us, submit an enquiry, join our community or use our services.

Who we are

• current stage of your medicine application;

• personal-statement review enquiries;
• UCAT tutoring enquiries;

If you later submit a personal statement for review, we may collect the text or file you provide for the purpose of reviewing it.

• arrange personal-statement review, UCAT tutoring or interview support;

• submitted personal statements should be deleted sooner where they are no longer needed for review.

These periods should be reviewed before launch.

• withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
